For all regions where shipping and import costs are included, any logistics costs associated with returns or warranty services will be covered by Strivonix. What is Strivonix's Exchange Policy?

Strivonix™ accepts returns & exchanges within 60 days. Returns can be for any reason.

We encourage you to put your Python pants™ to the test before deciding to return it! You need to experience them to truly appreciate how convenient they are to use and how effective they are in reducing soreness and accelerating your recovery.

Important things to know:

The return window begins when your product is fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse.

Proof of purchase is required–order number or purchase confirmation email.

Products can be returned only from the country or region in which they were originally purchased.

Returned products must be received by Strivonix within 60 days of the date the return process was initiated, otherwise, the return request will be cancelled.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

What is not acceptable for a full refund:

Strivonix™ branded products that were not purchased through Strivonix.com. If you purchased through our third-party retailers, you must return items directly to them in accordance with their respective return policies.

How do I process a return or exchange?

We get it! Purchasing online has its challenges—which is why we are happy to provide free exchanges to ensure you get in the right Strivonix product! If you purchased the product directly from Strivonix™, then you may exchange the product within 60 days of the date of purchase. Any exchange requests after this period will not be accepted. Once we receive your qualifying exchange product, we will mail your new product.

In addition, please note the following:

  • Strivonix™ will cover shipping costs for exchanges.
  • Proof of purchase is required–order number or purchase receipt.
  • Products can be exchanged only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
  • Items purchased on clearance will not be eligible for exchange.
  • You must be the original purchaser of the product with valid proof of purchase from Strivonix or another authorized dealer of purchase. (i.e., Strivonix’s™ exchange policy does not extend to purchases from: (i) third-party auction sites, (ii) unauthorized dealers operating through the use of third-party marketplaces, or (iii) dealers selling altered or modified products).
  • Any item marked Final Sale is not eligible for an exchange.

What is Strivonix’s Return Policy?

If you wish to return or exchange your product, and you are within our 60-day policy, no problem! Please send us a message using the form below to begin the process. Please note that you will need to know your order number and your shipping postal/zip code to access the returns information. These can both be found in your confirmation email.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

How are refunds credited?

Refunds are issued in the form of original payment.

If the product is returned in accordance with this Return Policy, Strivonix will credit your original form of payment you used to make the original purchase and any applicable taxes after the product has been returned and processed at our warehouse.

What happens if the credit card I used for a purchase has been cancelled?

We are unable to refund payment to a different credit card than the original order was purchased with. What we have commonly seen in the past, is that your bank provider will reroute the credit to either:

  • An alternative account that you have with that bank
  • To a holding account that is not specifically associated with you, but will be reconciled to you via paper cheque or similar.

Once you receive the notification that the refund has been processed by us, we recommend calling or talking to the manager at your bank to let them know the situation.

Who pays for shipping?

Strivonix™ will cover shipping expenses on all returns and exchanges in accordance with our return and exchange policies.

Can I return or exchange Products that have been worn?

Absolutely. In fact, we encourage you to put them to the test before deciding to return them! You need to experience the Python pants to truly appreciate how convenient they are to use and how effective they are in reducing soreness and accelerating your recovery. If you have issues, questions, or need support, reach out to our Support Team for assistance. If you try them and they just don’t meet your expectations, we will accept your return.
